Physical Therapist - Part Time

HTS is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the therapy team at our new partner senior living community near Rushville, IN (Rush County).  The primary role of the Physical Therapist will be to complete evaluations and progress notes on a part-time or consistent PRN basis.

· Diverse caseload from short term rehab, long term care and assisted living populations. 

· Competitive hourly rate. 

· Very flexible schedule. 

Also hiring PRN to work on an occasional, as-needed basis.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
