This is a hybrid position (1-2 days/week in the Raw Sugar Los Angeles office) 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. You will be instrumental in developing and producing highly visible marketing collateral, advertising materials, brand promotions, point-of-sale items, and packaging. Your creations will consistently embody the integrity and quality of the Raw Sugar brand. The right candidate will work cross-departmentally to execute developmentally appropriate, elevated design solutions across various types of physical products and materials. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field 

• 4+ years' experience working as a graphic designer within an agency, studio or in-house organization 

• A compelling portfolio of work, with an emphasis on graphic design and creative for advertising, branding, packaging and merchandising 
• CPG Industry experience required. Experience in Beauty and Personal Care is a plus  
• A keen eye for typography and photo editing 
• Creative problem-solving skills 
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects, Premier a plus) 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Outstanding time and project management skills 
• An understanding of video editing and graphics 
• Executive-level presentation skills 
• Awareness of trends, with the ability to interpret them into high performing, brand-consistent creative 
• Balances a strong creative point of view with a generous and collaborative spirit 
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks at one time through excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-95,000 USD/year. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
