Sales Management Trainee

The Sales Management Trainee supports the Sales Manager in achieving sales goals, managing customer relationships, and overseeing sales operations. This role helps lead the sales team, coordinates with internal departments, and ensures exceptional customer service and business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in food or manufacturing industries
• Leadership or team supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Customer-focused with problem-solving and organizational abilities
