Role and responsibilities

In your role as Supply Chain Program Manager – Sales & Operations Execution your mission is to develop and put in place the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process to orchestrate an effective feedback loop from execution into the integral demand & supply planning cycle (S&OP) in case deviations cannot be resolved within operational boundaries.

More in detail your job responsibilities holds:

  • Design the S&OE process based on industry’s best practices and ASML’s business requirements.

  • Set up and drive the global S&OE program/ roadmap to implement an effective feedback loop from execution back into the integral demand & supply planning cycle (S&OP).

  • Create transparency on execution of committed plan within operational boundaries at any point in time.

  • Collaborate with sales, business lines and operational sectors (e.g. sourcing & procurement, manufacturing, customer support) to install a cross-functional process to systematically review deviations to plan.

  • Define scale-up approach to ensure agreed way of working is effectively deployed across the entire chain.

  • Build required capabilities across the organization to ensure the changes are sustainable.

Educational and Experience 

Education

  • Relevant MSc degree, e.g. business administration, supply chain or industrial engineering.

Experience

  • At least 10 years relevant experience in a large international company (industry and/or consultancy), ideally in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations and/or Customer Support.

  • Good understanding of supply chain (planning) processes, preferably in a B2B manufacturing and/or service environment.

  • Experience in project/ program management, preferably in a matrix organization.

  • Affinity with high tech, low volume industry.

Planning and Delivery (P&D) plays a crucial role in ASML, integrating all planning activities and bridging the gap between demand and supply perspectives. Working closely with various business sectors, P&D ensures the integration of requirements and priorities into a comprehensive business plan, while also addressing bottlenecks
