The Cox Enterprises Intelligent Automation (IA) & AI Solutions team is seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator to drive innovation and efficiency through intelligent automation. In this role, you’ll manage complex systems, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and collaborate with a talented team to support and enhance our Intelligent Automation platforms. This is an Atlanta-based role and candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid work setting with a few days per week in the office.
Job Responsibilities:
Systems Administration & Infrastructure Support:
Provide end-to-end support for Enterprise Intelligent Automation platforms, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
Administer UiPath Orchestrator and manage user access, licenses, and permissions for UiPath, Celonis, and other Intelligent Automation owned platforms.
Handle automation credential management tasks including creation, access requests, and issue resolution.
Manage the full lifecycle of virtual machines, including creation, updates, patching, and decommissioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues such as network, VM, access, and firewall challenges.
Monitor system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement capacity upgrades to support growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to address and resolve infrastructure-related challenges.
Client Engagement & Analysis:
Engage with clients to gather specifications, system requirements, and expectations.
Evaluate and recommend commercially available hardware and software solutions to meet network, system, and user needs.
Security & Performance Management:
Maintain compliance with security policies and standards, including password management and access controls.
Conduct performance, stress, and load testing to ensure system reliability and optimize hardware and software configurations.
Training, Documentation, New Product Support & Change Management:
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures to ensure accessibility for team members
Support new product initiatives including POC, installation, updates, and testing of tools such as tightVNC, SailPoint, Cyberark, etc.
Present system changes at the Bi-Weekly Change Board Meeting and ensure smooth implementatio
