FPI Administrative Coordinator - Radiation Oncology- Hybrid Opportunity

About the role

This position will be responsible for supporting various administrative functions within the department. The functions will include but are not limited to CME conference coordination, visiting resident rotator program coordination, new faculty onboarding, administrative support to department leadership/faculty, travel/reimbursement coordination for department faculty as well as visiting conference speakers. Furthermore, this position will serve as back-up coordinator for one of our department residency programs; and other duties as assigned. 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three to five years of administration of a program, preferably in higher education or healthcare setting
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Excellent organization and communication (oral and written) skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite and software used by the department
