Shape the Future of Fine Wine Sales
Are you a relationship builder, a self-starter, and a team player who thrives in the field? Are you excited by the opportunity to grow iconic wine brands through meaningful connections, storytelling, and smart strategy?

At the Family of Silver Oak, we believe great wine is built on great relationships. We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to take ownership of a key territory, helping us strengthen partnerships, open new doors, and bring our wines to more people across the region.
This is a role for someone who is both strategic and hands-on. About 70% of your time will be spent in the field—partnering with distributors, calling on accounts, hosting tastings, and driving results. The rest will focus on planning, analysis, and collaboration to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
If you’re motivated, relationship-driven, and excited to represent some of the most respected wines in America, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be the face of our portfolio in your market—spending four days a week on the ground, deepening relationships, educating distributor teams, and ensuring our wines are not just placed, but passionately presented.

- Work an average of four days per week in the market, independently or with distributor managers.
- Collaborate with sales leadership on pricing, programming, and inventory.
- Host wine dinners, tastings, and trade events—often during evenings and weekends.
- Lead sales meetings, prepare agendas, and deliver impactful presentations.
- Provide training and brand education to distributor sales teams and managers.
- Build positive, lasting relationships within the distributor network and across our company.
- Manage your territory budget with care and accountability.

- Partner with distributor senior leadership and portfolio managers statewide.
- Launch new items with energy and organization.

- Collaborate with the Wholesale Team and contribute to trade marketing plans.
- Support winemaker and leadership visits to the market.
- Forecast sales and expenses, hitting quarterly sales targets.
