Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service, building lasting partnerships, and supporting the ongoing success of our programs. Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams

• Understand client needs and ensure solutions align with their goals

• Monitor client satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns promptly

• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing support for new and existing clients

• Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and retention

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
