About the Role:

BearCat Manufacturing is hiring a Parts Customer Service & Warehouse Supervisor to lead our parts operations team. This hands-on role combines customer service supervision with warehouse oversight. You'll be responsible for order accuracy, on-time shipping, team performance, and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations for parts customer service and warehouse teams

• Oversee order entry, inventory coordination, picking, packing, and shipping

• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders

• Train and coach team members on product knowledge, service techniques, and safety practices

• Monitor performance, attendance, and enforce company policies

• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, production, and sales to meet customer needs

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with OSHA standards

• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Prepare reports and assist management with operational planning

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in parts, customer service, or warehouse operations

• Strong background in customer service or parts sales in a manufacturing or distribution setting

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Working knowledge of inventory systems and shipping procedures

• Able to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable

• Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Able to walk, stand, bend, and move around the warehouse

• Lift or move up to 25 lbs as needed

• Use of warehouse tools, systems, and equipment required
