JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:
- Serve as point person for duties including: mailing, supplies, equipment, errands, purchasing, etc.
- Coordinate office meetings, appointments, and travel
- Maintain office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors
- Provide general support to visitors
- Manage office budget and ensure accurate inventory
- Coordinate with centers on inventory and delivering of supplies
- Maintain and distribute center registration packets
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like professional development days and company events
- Distribute LPC informational flyers and marketing materials to centers
- Assist with Procare administrative duties
- Input employee professional development into PQR
- Tracking and budgeting of LPC field trips, fundraising and CPR/First-Aid classes
Requirements
Requirements:
- Office management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in fast-paced environment
