We are seeking an experienced Manager, Record to Report, with a strong background in transformation, process design, and systems. The selected candidate will spearhead projects across different sectors, pinpointing problems and developing and implementing effective solutions. The role requires improving processes and merging systems to speed up value delivery. The ideal candidate will encourage ongoing enhancement and adaptive transformation, providing consistent and scalable solutions.

About Team:
We are a one-stop shop for all mission-critical services that are both high-quality and low-cost. Our team is responsible for a variety of priorities, including solving complex problems for all of our stakeholders across the board by providing world-class services such as Source to Contract, Procure to Pay for Goods Not for Resale, Business Intelligence & Robotic Process Automation, Networking, and Pre & Post Payment Audits.

What you'll do:

• Identify root causes of issues and design solutions for effective operational accounting by leveraging technology and minimizing risk.
• Design and implement processes to effectively support new initiatives and future growth while ensuring quality accounting and controls.
• Participate and contribute to transformation initiatives across various sectors to optimize operational efficiency
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design effective, innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
• Encourage a mindset of ongoing improvement and support teams in adjusting to changes effectively.
• Regularly communicate benefits to partners and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Deliver first-time-right solutions that align with company values and objectives, while fostering personal and team development.
• Assist in the implementation of initiatives and process improvements, translating strategy into actionable plans.
• Support the execution of business plans and projects, identifying and addressing performance barriers, and demonstrating adaptability and continuous learning.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to strategize and implement process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to challenge the status quo.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
