As an intern at Guerrilla, you will immerse yourself in the world of game development. From collaborating with industry leaders to working on cutting-edge projects, you'll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of game creation.

Our Game Systems Team

At Guerrilla, our Game Code Teams are split into Game Features and Game Systems. The Systems team is responsible for the big game's overarching systems. For most of our systems, our team builds tools and editors for content authoring. As an intern, you’ll be joining a very experienced and senior team. You get a chance to work on the big gameplay systems that support the creation of our game titles while working closely with our in-house engine and tool teams.

Who you Are

To qualify for an internship at Guerrilla, you must be:

• Currently enrolled at a Dutch school within a relevant field of study.
• Aged 18 or over.
• ble to work on-site in our Amsterdam studio.
• Available for an Internship during the first half of 2024.

Additionally, we'd love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience with C++
• Can optimize code for performance, size, scalability, and clarity.
• Have good understanding of 3D math.
• Enjoy working in an innovative, highly dynamic game development environment with people from various disciplines
• You have a passion for the more complex, low-level systemic approach to game programming.

Plusses:

• Have experience with multithreaded programming.
• Have an interest in multiplayer games.
• Have experience with editor code.
• Have experience with extending game engine functionality or systems.
• Are familiar with game engines.

Please note: This position is based in our studio in the heart of Amsterdam. You must be in commuting distance from the studio in order to qualify for the internship
