We are seeking a Full-Time Clinical Office Manager to oversee key operational areas, including supplies, physician orders, medical records, durable medical equipment (DME), and rehospitalization tracking. This role is based in our Burlingame, CA office and plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage supply inventory and vendor relationships to ensure efficient ordering.

• Oversee physician orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain patient records and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, EHR).

• Oversee acquisition, maintenance, and distribution of DME.

• Track and analyze rehospitalizations, identifying process improvements.

• Supervise and mentor the operations team to drive efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of healthcare operations experience (home health or hospice preferred).

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in EHR systems and Google Suite.

• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare industry regulations.
