Job Description:

Orchestrate multi-channel outbound sales campaigns to generate new business opportunities for this disruptive startup. You’ll manage the entire outreach process, leveraging cutting-edge sales engagement tools and ensuring flawless execution. This is a unique chance to showcase your organizational prowess while directly contributing to the company’s success.

Job Highlights:

• 20 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Schedule: Monday to Friday during EST business hours from 8AM to 5PM, 20 hours per week
• Seasonal work from October to June
• Collaborate directly with the business owner and accountant
• Handle financial records for a company managing under $200,000 annually
• Client Timezone: EST

Responsibilities:

• Properly input expenses into QuickBooks
• Update and manage invoices
• Organize financial files and records
• Prepare financial information for the company’s accountant
• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
• Manage transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Support the business owner in financial organization and reporting

Requirements

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with sports industry finances is a plus
