So, if you’re looking to do big work in a small-team environment, Midrex is just the place for you.QualificationsThe Project Delivery Specialist is an active member of the project execution team and serves as a key liaison between Project Managers, Project Engineers, Engineering disciplines, Procurement, Construction, and other project stakeholders. This role helps drive project execution by coordinating deliverables, facilitating communication, monitoring schedules, tracking action items, supporting workflow execution, and proactively identifying issues that may impact project performance. Unlike traditional administrative support positions, this role is directly engaged in project delivery and project team success.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No direct reports but expected to mentor and develop junior project coordinators and project support personnel.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Possess deep knowledge of Midrex equipment, processes, procedures, and project execution practices.
Support Project Managers and Project Engineers through all phases of project execution.
Assist in developing, maintaining, and communicating project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action plans.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays, bottlenecks, workflow issues, or execution risks.
Coordinate and track project action items, ensuring ownership, accountability, and timely closure.
Act as a primary coordination point between Project Managers, Project Engineers, engineering disciplines, procurement, vendors, construction teams, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate timely communication across project teams and follow up on outstanding commitments and deliverables.
Participate in project meetings, issue meeting minutes, maintain action item logs, and communicate project status updates.
Assist project team members in initiating and managing workflows within the PDM system.
Maintain DMS system project files consistent with MMS standards and ensure project documentation is accurate and accessible.
Review workflows and documents for completeness and coordinate resolution of identified issues.
Monitor engineering and vendor document workflows to support achievement of project milestones.
Prepare and distribute workflow reports and project performance updates to project teams.
Provide home-office coordination support when Project Managers and Project Engineers are traveling.
Participates in digitalization initiatives, workflow improvements, and implementation of new project execution processes, tools, and procedures.
Help train new hires on Midrex systems, workflow processes, and project execution best practices.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve communication, accountability, and project delivery performance.
Provide support to teammates within the department when required.

Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to identify issues early and take initiative to resolve them.
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Adobe PDF, and project collaboration tools.
