Senior Program Support Assistant *Two positions available. One is Remote and one is Hybrid*
The Providence Senior Program Support Assistant is responsible for the organization and implementation of the workforce development programs. The skills and responsibilities of this position would be:

- Proficiency in research, data analysis, and using insights to drive program improvements.

- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Early Talent Program Support: Assist with the administration of early talent program(s), including virtual support for interviews, onboarding processes, and arranging guest speakers.
- Career Exploration: Facilitate Career Exploration events, including Career Highlights and Surgical Viewings, and assist with additional career exploration
- Conversion and Retention Follow-Up: Follow up with pipeline program participants who have not yet been hired to support their transition into full-time roles. Additionally, monitor those who have been hired to ensure successful retention.
- Best Practices and Playbook Development: Document and develop best practices for the early talent pipeline and earn to learn programs.
- Project Tracking: Track program status, including resource and budget management to ensure program success.
- Consultation and System Support: Provide consultation and support to other regions or departments wishing to start their own earn to learn programs within the Providence system.
- Content Management: Update and maintain relevant content on the SharePoint page and assist with the Degreed page to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Community & Event Management: Foster relationships with community partners to enhance outreach initiatives and expand the program’s reach. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of events and outreach engagement metrics to inform future initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 years Experience working with youth, schools, career counselors, teachers and community organizations or an equivalent type of experience..
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Human Resources, Education or related field.
