The Compliance Associate will work closely with other departments to ensure the integrity of examinations across the business are maintained.<br/><br/></p><p><strong>As a Compliance Associate, your tasks will include the following:</strong></p><ul> <li>Carry out investigative activity in relation to malpractice allegations to include: </li> <p>- Review of candidate online exams where suspicious behaviour is identified <br/>- Review of approved test centre practice in relation to malpractice allegations as required by the Quality Director</p> <li>Ensure investigations are carried out in accordance with the Quality department’s standard policies, procedures, and service levels</li> <li>Complete accurate and timely reports of actual and suspected malpractice cases investigated and ensure that malpractice files and records are accurately maintained using relevant company software</li> <li>Communicate with and manage relevant candidates and / or test centres using (where required) standardised communication templates and protocols (as set and directed by the Quality department)</li> <li>Based on evidence reviewed, make improvement recommendations for online exam and proctoring process and performance and ensure action plans are created and monitored to close out</li> <li>Contribute to maintaining current and up-to-date LanguageCert policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements</li> <li>Be fully conversant with the organisations' malpractice, complaints and appeals process and policies</li> <li>Work effectively in a team environment and liaise with other teams, in order to get the job done and reach the best possible results </li> </ul><p><strong><br/>What we look for:</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Education or Security would be an asset</li> <li>Experience in a relevant role within Quality will be considered an asset</li> <li>Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, <a href="https://eur01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.languagecert.org%2Fen%2Flanguage-exams%2Fenglish%2Flanguagecert-test-of-english-lte%2Fa1--c2-listening-and-reading&amp;data=05%7C01%7C%7Caf68f208ff3a4f3e42d508da9b997843%7Cc0361f96ae674f2fa5ac24b09156923b%7C0%7C0%7C637993380688174113%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=Y6jN7OVKsysg7tydPRsPp5M3YfNtQBhXZxJHmGtypu0%3D&amp;reserved=0" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">LanguageCert C2 LTE</a> or <a href="https://eur01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.languagecert.org%2Fen%2Flanguage-exams%2Fenglish%2Flanguagecert-international-esol%2Fc2-mastery-2285&amp;data=05%7C01%7C%7Caf68f208ff3a4f3e42d508da9b997843%7Cc0361f96ae674f2fa5ac24b09156923b%7C0%7C0%7C637993380688174113%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=ChGPeww4j97vCQkFoV3tfBW1x6fG2vUCiv0Vf1D8nrw%3D&amp;reserved=0" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">C2 IESOL</a> certificate would be a plus) </li> <li>Advanced computer literacy is required.
