We serve corporate and private equity clients both on the sell-side and buy-side in domestic and cross-border transactions.

About the opportunity

Join our growing Deals Transformation team within PwC’s market-leading M&A advisory practice where you will be allowed to bring your technology consultancy skills into an M&A environment. • Data collection and analysis and facilitating management interviews, workshops and report presentations
  • Assist in identifying new opportunities and help maintain and grow relationships with corporate and private equity clients
  • Participate in discussions around architecture, technology solutions, and implementation approaches, making a direct impact by communicating and advising C-level executives
