Responsibilities
- Promote and reinforce Agile principles, values, and best practices.
- Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for multiple Scrum and Kanban teams.
- Educate business stakeholders on their role in Scrum and work with them to implement agile principles in their processes
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Identify and remove or coach the team to remove impediments to team progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
- Support the teams in using tools like Azure DevOps and Jira effectively.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to align on delivery goals.
- Drive positive change and help teams mature in their Agile practices.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and critical thinking.
- CSM, PSM, or other Agile certifications are preferred but not required.
