At Trackunit, we’re on a mission to eliminate downtime and build the most useful industry for the world. As our Field Marketing Manager, North America, you’ll work closely with our mid-market and contractor teams, delivering regional marketing programs that fuel growth, accelerate deals, and deepen customer relationships across the U.S. and Canada.
In this high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with the Director, Field Marketing (North America). Commercial and Customer Success leaders, as well as the General Manager for North America, to design and execute initiatives that position Trackunit as the trusted partner for construction contractors and mid-market firms.
With locations in the hearts of London, ON and Kitchener, ON we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Ontario. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Your mission
Take the lead on marketing to mid-market accounts and contractors in North America, building programs that connect with field operators, project managers, and business leaders. You’ll design and execute integrated campaigns, events, and education-led initiatives that generate pipeline, expand adoption, and amplify Trackunit’s presence in the contractor ecosystem.

Who are you ideally?
You’re a strategic, hands-on marketer who thrives on turning global strategy into regional programs that resonate locally. You’re excited to be close to the customer, shaping initiatives that drive measurable pipeline impact with contractors and mid-market firms.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, IoT, or enterprise technology.
- Experience leading field marketing or demand-generation programs with measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong background in events, digital campaigns, ABM, and community or partner marketing.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to align marketing to business outcomes.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment.
- Willing and able to travel across North America for contractor-focused events, conferences, and engagements.
