What You'll Do:

• Prospect & Build Relationships
• Identify local businesses that would benefit from Dempsey’s services
• Use email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person visits to connect with decision-makers
• Learn to ask smart questions and truly listen to customer needs
• Drive New Business
• Own the sales process from first contact to closing smaller deals
• Set appointments and hand off larger leads to our Account Executives
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver value and close business
• Stay Organized & Hit Goals
• Track outreach and progress in Salesforce
• Follow up consistently and professionally
• Meet or beat your monthly quotas for leads, meetings, and revenue

You Might Be a Fit If:

• You're a recent college graduate or have less than 5 years of work experience
• You’re a strong communicator who’s comfortable talking to new people
• You’re coachable, competitive, and goal-driven
• You want a career, not just a job
• You have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (with car allowance provided)

• $50,000 – $75,000+ first year (base + commissions + bonus)
