International Partner Program is designed to recognize and promote partners engaged in international business by providing added benefits linked to a commitment to co-investment, driving high growth and maintaining competitiveness.  It enables partners to centrally manage sales, planning and global deals. The International Partner Program Coordinator will work closely with the WW International Program Lead to support enablement and partner success with the program.

International Partner Program Coordinator defines, manages, and evaluates business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives. Leads and partners with cross-functional teams to develop short-term (typically less than two years) business plans and supporting data-driven models. Prepares comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities. Ensures that business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders. Sets business metrics, evaluates actual performance, and makes recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement. Develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value. 

Main Responsibilities:

Program Enablement and Transformation

• Drives the governance of the multi-country grouping flagging, including set up, maintenance and review cycles being in close collaboration with Partner Operations, Geos and PBMs.
• Supports engagement with International PBMs, Partner Account Operations Managers, Partner Marketing Managers, and International Sales Leaders.
• Contributes to internal program MoC and ensures smooth transition: ongoing GEO communications, enablement sessions.
• Identifies areas of improvement, supports and at times drives enhancements initiatives.
• Leads and supports initiatives on WW and pan-geos basis to evolve the program, including operational readiness, Geo engagements and ongoing review and maintenance to support Geo business breakthrough.

Operational Excellence:

• Works with WW Program Lead on program readiness, enablement, and partner certifications.
• Manages the tracking of technical certifications via the central hub.
• Supports International Program status updates to GEO Channel Leaders and International PBMs with preparation, participation, and follow-up meeting minutes and action items.
• Tracks and monitors program deployment and implementation.
• Ensures that updated information and documentation is available.
• Delivers analytics on program specifics & ad-hoc requests for the international partners working with the analytics team.
• Prepares quarterly report PPT summary for partners.
• Governance of the group level partners (flagging, maintenance) – in alignment with Geos and MDM teams.
• Manages detailed tracking and operational requirements of the international component of Accelerate & Growth.
• Point of contact with the contracts team in general, and specifically to help with partner onboarding and contractual set-up related to inter
