We offer an inclusive and collaborative work environment where employees can thrive and make a meaningful impact.</span></p><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Tasks and Qualifications:</b></h1><p><b>What will you do in this role?</b></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for daily management through the life cycle of the program.</p></li><li><p>Define the program controls (to include an open issue log), or the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program.</p></li><li><p>Plan overall program and monitor progress ensuring milestones are met across managed projects and programs.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for all reporting at the program level including things like program reviews, program dashboards, executive updates, etc.</p></li><li><p>Manage the risks and issues that might arise over the course of the program life cycle and take measures to correct them when they occur.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for escalation of risks to key leadership along with providing various solutions to mitigate the risk.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and programs in the program.</p></li><li><p>Manage the core team across the various projects and programs in the program.</p></li><li><p>Report out to stakeholders who are involved in the projects and programs in the program.</p></li><li><p>Ensure deliverables are aligned across the projects and programs in the program and ensure they meet the quality standards set by the company.</p></li><li><p>Manage the program documentation and ensure that it is up-to-date and accurate.</p></li><li><p>In the current state, you pull budget data from the PowerBI dashboard owned by Finance and Operations. In the future state, you manage the program budget. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What are we looking for?</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong project management experience with large/complex NPI or R&amp;D natured projects.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership and managerial skills with appropriate experience.</p></li><li><p>Forthcoming with new ideas and an internal drive to implement continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into simple language for a wide range of audiences.</p></li><li><p>Broad knowledge of project and program management methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Understand the wider objectives of the program, such as business and strategic goals.</p></li><li><p>Require the ability to work with a wide range of individuals.</p></li></ul>
