About the Role
The Regional Go-To-Market Manager for America's will play a pivotal role in bringing Ogury’s global go-to-market strategy to life across the Americas, driving execution, adoption, and measurable commercial impact.
In this role, you will translate global strategy into tangible regional growth, ensuring our positioning, solutions, and sales narratives are effectively localized, operationalized, and embraced by Sales teams on the ground.
Acting as the critical link between Global Go-To-Market and the America's market, you will partner closely with Regional Managing Directors, Sales Leadership, Insights, Product, and Field Marketing to unlock new opportunities, accelerate revenue, and scale Ogury’s impact across the region.

What you will be doing
Adapt and execute regional GTM strategy – take Ogury’s global strategy and tailor it for the Americas, adjusting messaging, positioning, and solution packaging to match regional market needs and key industries such as CPG, Automotive, and Retail.
Support revenue growth – work closely with regional leaders and sales teams to grow the pipeline, contribute to strategic pitches, and uncover new business opportunities.
Enable sales success – ensure teams know what solutions to sell, how to position them effectively, and why Ogury stands out in the market.
Lead training and adoption – develop and deliver regional enablement initiatives, including training, certification, and ongoing support for priority offerings like CTV, Retail Media, and audience-based solutions.
Provide market insights – track competitors, industry trends, and platform developments, translating field knowledge into actionable recommendations.
