While the position does not routinely serve as a full-time shift supervisor, it provides shift coverage when operational needs require and maintains functional supervisory responsibility for communications operations through training oversight, procedural enforcement, systems administration, and performance guidance. The position works collaboratively with peer supervisors to promote seamless and consistent service delivery across functional areas.
