Overview of the job

As the Senior Account Executive, you will be working within the Client Services team. In this exciting role you will be working directly with a high profile client and social platforms. The Senior Account Executive plays a key role in building and maintaining our relationships with creators, bringing the best client service to our clients.

Measures of success 

In the first few months, you would have:

• Meet the Team: Connect with your manager and key team members to understand your role and how it fits.

• Learn Key Processes: Quickly familiarize yourself with internal campaign trackers, sourcing, and creator selection.

• Master Key Systems: Slack, Google Workspace, and Waves.

• Creator Communication: Identify, contact, negotiate, and onboard creators through Waves.

• Manage Creators: Draft contracts, handle briefs, manage outreach and negotiations, and share creator guidelines for campaigns.

• Client Support: Assist with client communications, answering questions, and supporting calls/emails with manager guidance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support with the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, adding value to the client's experience

• Working closely with sales and client services teams across key platform partners

• Responsible for building, vetting, sourcing and nurturing relationships with creators, supporting creator briefings, and negotiations and guiding content creation
