This position will require working every Saturday.
As a Medical Assistant, you'll be a key player in delivering compassionate, high-quality reproductive health care. Working alongside our clinicians and physicians, you’ll support patients through important services like testing, screenings, and health education. You'll help keep our care running smoothly — from preparing exam rooms to ensuring every patient feels heard, respected, and cared for. In this role, providing exceptional, non-judgmental care isn’t just a skill — it’s at the heart of everything you do.
Compensation is $23.00/hr to $23.75/hr. *Flex positions will receive an additional differential rate and mileage reimbursement.

What we’re looking for:
- Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
- or
- 1 year comparable clinical back office medical assistant, Long-Term Care/Care Partners, Medication Technicians experience
- or
- 2 years' experience as a health educator, STD and/or HIV prevention counselor, community/public health worker or family planning educator
- or
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Women's Healthcare preferred
In this role, you get to:
- Welcome patients and make them feel right at home — whether in-person or over the phone.
- Support our clinicians by gathering medical history, vital signs, and performing basic lab work (think pregnancy tests, blood draws, injections).
- Educate patients about their options with compassion and clarity.
- Assist with contraception services, medication abortion care, colposcopy services, and much more.
- Keep our exam rooms sparkling clean and fully stocked.
- Help monitor the flow of the health center to keep things running smoothly.
- Input and maintain accurate patient data in our electronic systems — attention to detail matters!
- Jump in where needed, whether it’s helping sterilize equipment, updating patient files, or preparing the center for opening or closing.
- Be an essential part of a team committed to making health care accessible, safe, and judgment-free.
