This role provides high-level administrative support to the hospital CEO, facilitating efficient daily operations. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and communications, preparing reports, and handling sensitive information with discretion. The role requires proactive problem-solving and coordination across departments to ensure the CEO’s priorities are effectively managed. The Executive Assistant is accountable for maintaining organizational efficiency, supporting executive decision-making, and representing the CEO professionally within the hospital and externally.

THE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, SKILL SETS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Education:

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in administrative support, healthcare administration, or related field.

Preferred: Prior experience supporting executive leadership in a healthcare or hospital setting.

Skills & Experience

Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite), strong organizational and time-management abilities, ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred: Experience managing complex schedules, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, and familiarity with hospital operations and healthcare industry standards.

Registered Nurse Position Summary: 

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

 

THE REGISTERED NURSE CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

 

Education

Required: Graduated from state approved school of nursing or an accredited school

Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Associate's degree)

 

Certification

Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. CPR
