Position Summary:
We are seeking a Product Manager to own the backlog and execution of our user acquisition data roadmap. In this role, you will be the bridge between business stakeholders and the data team, contributing to shape the future of how we use data to drive decision-making across the entire acquisition funnel—from lead to cash. Your primary objective will be to deliver trusted, high-impact data products that empower our business teams to optimize performance and accelerate growth
Responsibilities

Data Product Roadmap & Backlog Ownership: Develop, own, and shape the backlog for all data products supporting the user acquisition funnel. Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and stakeholder needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary data partner for leaders in Marketing and Sales. Deeply understand their processes, challenges, and analytical needs and map them to the optimal technical solution.

Full-Funnel Integration: Drive the strategy for connecting data across the lead-to-cash lifecycle. This includes integrating data from various source systems such as CRM, Paid Media platforms, and our website.

Requirements Definition: Translate complex business questions and user needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories for the data engineering, data science, and business intelligence teams.

Data Product Development Lifecycle: Manage the entire data product lifecycle—from ideation and discovery to development, launch, and continuous improvement.

Impact Measurement: Define and monitor success metrics for your data products, demonstrating their value and impact on business outcomes.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data, analytics, or internal business applications.

Strong understanding of the B2B marketing and sales funnel and associated metrics (e.g., conversion rates, velocity, pipeline generation).

Demonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.

Excellent ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for data engineers, data scientists, and analysts.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated experience in guiding business users towards optimal approaches for delivering information (discerning when to use an operational systems report, a BI report, an AI chatbot, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with core systems in the sales and marketing technology stack (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Marketo, HubSpot).

Proficiency in SQL for data exploration and analysis.

Familiarity with modern data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake) and BI (e.g., Power BI) platforms.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. .
