Sustainability Team
Vantage’s Sustainability team works cross-functionally to embed sustainability into the design, development, and operation of resilient digital infrastructure to deliver long-term value for stakeholders. We act as strategic thought partners, identifying sustainability-related risks and opportunities, and building compelling business cases for initiatives that advance our business and deliver measurable, cost-effective impact. Through data-driven insights, we shape global, regional, and site-level sustainability strategies, set enterprise standards, enable execution, and communicate with clarity — accelerating Vantage’s growth while achieving shared sustainability goals.
Position Overview
This role will be based in Denver, CO, following our flexible work policy (3 days in-office, 2 days flexible).
The Global Sustainability Analyst will support Vantage’s Global Sustainability Center of Excellence (COE) by providing research, analysis, and coordination across a broad range of sustainability initiatives. This role plays a critical part in advancing the company’s global sustainability strategy by delivering high-quality data analysis, benchmarking, and tools that inform strategic decision-making, support program execution, and foster internal engagement. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving sustainability performance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Essential Job Functions:
Conduct regular benchmarking of peer, customer, and industry sustainability trends to inform strategy development
Monitor and report on macro trends and industry developments that may influence global and regional sustainability strategies
Manage and analyze key customer sustainability profiles, including goals, requirements, initiatives, engagements, and partnerships
Collaborate with COE team members to track and analyze progress toward global sustainability goals
Develop dashboards, tools, and executive-ready visuals to communicate sustainability performance and insights
Support cost-benefit analysis of sustainability initiatives to inform roadmap development, budgeting, and investment underwriting
Create internal education and training materials to build sustainability awareness and enable program implementation
Maintain and enhance the sustainability initiative library, tracking key project details to support best practice sharing, inform roadmap development, and support external reporting
Contribute to internal sustainability communications and employee engagement initiatives
Research and support the development of new sustainability programs and initiatives

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Sustainability, Data Science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of relevant experience in corporate sustainability or related analytical roles
Strong analytical, research, and data visualization skills
Experience developing presentations and executive-ready deliverables
Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Organized, self-motivated, and capable of leading initiatives with minimal supervision.
Travel required is expected to be up to 20% but may increase over time as the business evolves
