Job Description:

A Provider at WMC is hands-on and delivers full-scope health care using evidence-based guidelines and practice-initiatives within the clinic. The Provider evaluates and manages patient care, to include patient wishes, preferences, and goals in acute, chronic, and preventive & well-care for children, adolescents, and adults. Education with patients and/or families as to the nature of disease, provides instruction in evidence-based options, and discusses risk-benefits of care are all important to patients. The Provider performs medical procedures based on knowledge, skills, and interests. We ask all Providers to demonstrate knowledge of the practice protocols, including comfort in immunizations, well-child and adult care, care management, comprehensive care planning, and health-needs screening, cognitive assessment, and frailty assessment and more.

Education & Experience -

·         At least 3-7 years of experience in Family Medicine, preferably 2-5 years in Colorado

·         Knowledge or education of integrative, personalized, or functional medicine a plus.
