- A forward-thinking operational leader with deep technical experience managing large-scale data center environments, particularly those built to support AI/ML workloads and high-performance computing.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day operations of Galaxy’s data center portfolio, with a strong focus on maintaining reliable operations of the data center infrastructure supporting artificial intelligence and high-performance computing infrastructure.
- Develop and implement operational procedures that maximize uptime, efficiency, and safety across multiple geographically distributed facilities.
- Collaborate with hardware, network, and facilities teams to design and deploy optimized infrastructure for AI workloads, including advanced mechanical systems and high-density racks within data halls.
- Manage and scale capacity planning, ensuring alignment with electrical, mechanical, and footprint availability to meet the demands of current and future AI infrastructure.
- Collaborate on future site selection and construction planning efforts for data center builds and/or expansions.
- Establish strong vendor relationships and help negotiate service-level agreements to ensure consistent and reliable operational support.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain industry-leading operational excellence.
- Champion Galaxy’s operational strategy with executive leadership, providing insights and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Drive adherence to fiscal responsibility through budget tracking, cost optimization strategies, and regular KPI reporting on operational efficiency, spend, and performance outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience managing mission-critical data center operations, with 2+ years in environments optimized for AI, ML, or HPC workloads (preference for direct-to-liquid chip (DLC) experience).
- Chemistry management experience with PG25, PG55, and
