Overview: The JLL Law Firm Group is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sr. Marketing Associate to support and elevate the team’s marketing, business development, and communication efforts. This internal-facing role plays a critical part in how the group presents its expertise to clients and prospects – developing high quality presentations, RFP responses, email campaigns, and digital content that showcase our capabilities and market insights. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketing professional who brings strong design instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to learn new tools and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Business Development Support:

  • Create, refine, and maintain compelling client presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collateral using Powerpoint, Adobe Create Suite, and Canva.
  • Assist in drafting, editing, formatting, and organizing RFP responses and other proposal materials.
  • Transform complex information into visually engaging and persuasive storytelling.

Digital Marketing & Content Execution:

  • Execute email marketing campaigns, including list coordination, content development, layout design, and post-campaign metrics.
  • Support planning, drafting, and scheduling of Linkedin content for Law Firm Group optimizing visibility and engagement.
  • Maintain alignment with brand standards across digital channels.

Collaboration & Project Coordination:

  • Serve as central point of contact for marketing needs across the Law Firm Group.
  • Manage project timelines, gather inputs, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain organized repositories of marketing materials, templates, case studies, biographies, and proposal content.

Brand, Quality & Process Improvement:

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance templates, streamline workflows, and improve marketing processes.
  • Stay aware of marketing trends, visual standards, and emerging platforms, bringing forward new ideas and approaches.

Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. and/or higher degree and minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development support (professional services environment is preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once with excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Creative eye for layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools or processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with internal stakeholders at various levels.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

75,000.00 – 85,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
