As a Dedicated On-site Executive Travel Consultant, you’ll join our highly skilled team, who will provide outstanding travel services for Senior Executives of the World's forth largest petroleum and natural gas company. What You’ll Do
Advise and arrange corporate travel for executive business travelers
Provide some domestic leisure travel for executive's family members.
Conduct analysis and research on travel options, including cultural understanding, customs, time differences and local weather conditions and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services
Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for airline bookings, hotel accommodations, car rental and limousine reservations for the specific needs of the executive team
Use Sabre Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
Ensure compliance to executive's agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements
Use positive telephone and in-person service techniques and act on special customer requests
Maintain availability 24/7 during executive travel periods or emergencies, to provide timely assistance
Monitor flight disruptions when executive personnel are traveling and provide needed support

What We’re Looking For
Passion for excellence in travel servicing for executive travelers on-site at the ASC Center in Houston, TX Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm Central Time and able to be on call 24/7 when President and Senior Executives are traveling .
10 years of VIP corporate travel experience. Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation)
Expertise with Native Sabre GDS, Concur, AMEX Insight Reporting Functions and Microsoft Office
Professional communication (written and verbal) and pays attention to detail
Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information
Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier
Teamwork and openness to feedback
This Traveler Care position is located On-site with the customer at the ASC Center

Houston, Texas, United States
The US national hourly wage range for this position is from $17.00 to $29.00 per hour. The national range provided includes the hourly rate that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual hourly wage rate will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
