Revenue Strategy and Operations is an integral function within the Expert Team – managing revenue optimization and growth across the expert community as we scale to thousands of experts across many different categories. You will lead and own key strategy development and operations to maximize experts’ lead engagement and output, increase expert productivity and efficiency, and ensure expert compensation is fair and competitive. You will work at the epicenter of our business, working closely with our experts – the lifeblood of Curated – as well as many cross-functional partners to shape the future of the expert organization.
What you’ll do:
- Define, operationalize, measure, and analyze impact of expert productivity and lead engagement KPIs.
- Launch and own strategic initiatives, processes, and programs aimed at increasing the performance of our experts, leveraging our robust set of tools available.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and system enhancements to drive efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
- Support product and feature development - building tools and workflows that make experts more productive and efficient.
- Define and drive incentive and compensation structures.
- Enable our Sales team and other cross-functional teams to understand the health of the expert organization through effective reporting via dashboards and forecasts.
- Increase data quality and the ability to derive critical insights through ad hoc analysis across multiple data sets.
- Understand and participate in the expert experience - get to know who our experts are, what they do, and how we can best help them succeed.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth execution of revenue-generating activities.

What you’ll bring:
- 6-10 years of experience in finance, management/strategy and operations consulting, revenue operations, or business operations at a high-growth startup.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience defining and using metrics to test hypotheses, confirm assumptions, and measure impact.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present proposals and/or findings.
- Empathy and proven interpersonal skills with a passion for understanding and working with people.
- Ability to actualize the abstract: You need to be able to seamlessly translate from ideation to execution - even when there’s no clear roadmap. We’re looking for individuals with excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to to prioritize tasks and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail.
