Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Finance Intern to support our RtR team in Helsinki, Finland. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Record to Report accounting. You will work closely with our experienced GL Accountants and specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting balance sheet reconciliations and data entry in the ERP system
- Assisting in month-end closing activities, ensuring the timely preparation of reports and providing necessary data to support the closing processes
- Maintaining and organizing financial records, ensuring proper filing and up-to-date documentation for reporting and compliance purposes
- Participating in audit
- Assisting the Country Controller and GL Team with ad hoc tasks and requests
Qualifications
Our humble expectations:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and being in their last year of studies
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and record to report processes
- Good technical skills and excellent written communication abilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with NetSuite or other accounting/financial systems is a plus
