Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to lead the growth of external case management learning experiences. This role ensures designs and executes high-quality professional learning experiences and instruction while identifying and cultivating local and regional audiences, expanding the reach of the Case Management Studio. This role leverages marketing and communications channels to ensure case management training opportunities reach participants and organizations and builds relationships that are sustained over time.

This position is funded by external grant resources. Employment is contingent upon the availability of funding and program needs. Continued employment is not guaranteed and may be impacted if funding is reduced, modified, or discontinued.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1.     Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality training and learning experiences aligned to case management practices, standards, and institutional priorities.

2.     Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops, institutes, and learning sessions using adult learning and participatory facilitation strategies.

3.     Design and moderate virtual communities of practice for case managers to support ongoing learning, peer connection, and knowledge sharing.

4.     Identify and engage community and regional partners as prospective participants in case management training through targeted outreach and relationship building.

5.     Utilize marketing and communications tools (e.g., email campaigns, event platforms, websites, and social media) to promote training and support registration goals.

6.     Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to training delivery, participation, and engagement.

7.     Evaluate the effectiveness of training and outreach efforts using participation data, feedback, and outcome measures, and recommend continuous improvements.

8.     Develops and manages an online repository of professional development resources and materials.

9.     Responsible for developing processes for managing requests to participate in external professional development activities.

10.   Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage specialized content and programming that align with professional development needs.

11. All employees are required to complete a minimum of 19 hours.

12. Perform other duties not listed as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience; degree in social work, education, sociology, or a related field.

  • Professional experience in case management and/or developing curriculum and delivering professional development or training to adult learners.

  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate learning experiences, workshops, or trainings for professional or practitioner audiences.

Preferred :

  • Experience using marketing and communications tools, including social media, web, email, newsletter platforms, registration platforms to promote events and programs.

  • Experience in project management including use of project management digital tools to coordinate and track work.

  • Experience in evaluating programs or continuous improvement processes.
