What you'll do

As a Product Manager Intern at Docusign, you will contribute to the vision, strategy, and execution of key initiatives within our Business to Individuals team, focused on new feature/product ideas to validate to address the needs of the . You will collaborate closely with experienced Product Design, Product Manager, and Engineering team members, as well as other stakeholder groups like engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams, to build scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers, developers, partners, and enterprise users.

 

This position in an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Management.

 

Responsibility

  • Collaborate with internal partners (design, engineering, user research, product marketing, customer support, program management, and sales) to launch features that help customers get to agreement faster

  • Drive requirements and translate them to functional specifications for engineering and design

  • Take a data-driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating the plan, progress, and success

  • Become an authority on your area of responsibility and identify areas of opportunity through research and data

  • Prioritize and manage the feature backlog for effective release and sprint planning

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field 

  • Expected graduation in December 2026 or May/June 2027

Preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Pursuing an MBA degree with a focus in Product Management

  • Experience working on a SaaS product

  • Direct experience with Agile development

  • Experience using data to make decisions

  • Experience designing and implementing experiments to quickly validate assumptions 

  • Experience with User Research and Customers interviews 

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

 

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

 

California: $48/hour - $59/hour 

 

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $48/hour - $59/hour
