The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and personal support to senior executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will manage schedules, handle communication, and coordinate tasks, acting as a key point of contact between the executives and other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars and appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
• Assist with personal tasks, including errands and personal scheduling.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling software.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
