Front Desk Night Auditor

Callaway Resort is searching for an Experienced Hotel Night Auditor -

Night Auditor prepares, balances, and audits all daily postings and transmittals of property revenue.

Compiles data to send daily reports to Senior Management, Update spreadsheets and templates of the property for the front desk, housekeeping, Sales and Food and Beverage departments

Ensures all guest service standards are maintained at the front desk; assists with guest needs during the night audit shift; The night auditor is responsible checking in late arrivals and check out early departures. Provide directions to all accommodations; Maintains the multi-line phone system.

Must be sensitive to the needs of the guest.

Will be empowered to take action to meet the needs of the guest within the company guidelines

Shift ranges from 10pm - 6am or 11pm -7am Weekends and holidays required (rotated)

Ability to stand for long hours; Must be 21 years of age or older
