Sr. Full Stack Engineer

We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. In this role, you'll play a key part in architecting and developing scalable web applications across the entire stack. You’ll take ownership of critical projects from concept to deployment, contributing directly to our platform's performance, reliability, and long-term growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong product focus
• Deep expertise in 1–2 core technologies (e.g. React, Node.js, Python, Postgres) and practical exposure to others
• Experience building and scaling products in Series A–C startups or comparable environments
• Proven track record of upward mobility or increasing responsibility in past roles
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and solving open-ended, user-centered problems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to seeing things through— someone who values team, mission, and longevity

Bonus Points For

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Knowledge of performance tuning, security best practices, or observability tools
• Contributions to open-source or side projects that show depth and initiative
