  • Serve as a key business leader for Corporate and US Commercial systems and process initiatives affecting FCT reporting (including programs like Project Genesis and Next Gen CRM implementations) to ensure reporting requirements and internal controls are built into solution design.
  • Strategic partner to OEC and key participant in the OEC Governance Council.  Support various OEC initiatives, utilizing the OEC Risk Assessment, and providing insights to integrate risk-based data monitoring to enhance compliance.
  • Partner with Legal to ensure all Federal ‘Sunshine’ and State Reporting filings comply with legal requirements.
