Lead Generation Specialist - GumTree and OpenRent Proficient (ZR_17685_JOB)

This is a remote position.

• Contract type: Independent Contractor
  
• Schedule: 20 hours per week - Monday Wednesday and Friday, London Time
  

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to support business growth
  

• Manage and optimize the lead nurturing process from initial contact to handover
  

• Contribute to the expansion of the company’s landlord network
  

• Assist in the implementation and optimization of new software solutions
  

• Support the company’s international expansion efforts, particularly in Dubai
  

• Collaborate with the team to improve overall efficiency and reduce operational costs
  

• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on lead generation data
  

• Generate leads using platforms such as Gumtree and OpenRent
  

• Engage with potential clients through LinkedIn and other business networking sites
  

• Assist in closing leads generated through various channels
  

• Manage and update lead information in CRM systems
  

• Create and manage reports on lead generation activities and results
  

• Support social media engagement efforts to grow the company’s online presence
  

• Assist with general administrative tasks related to property management
  

• Collaborate on implementing new software solutions to optimize workflow
  

• Utilize AI tools to streamline lead generation and business processes
  

• Support the company’s expansion efforts, including operations in Dubai
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the real estate sector
  

• Proficiency with lead generation platforms like Gumtree and OpenRent
  

• Strong understanding of social media marketing, particularly on LinkedIn
  

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  

• Experience with CRM systems and willingness to learn new software
  

• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in business processes
  

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  

• Adaptability to work with international clients and potentially varying time zones
