Our Impact:
The team is responsible for configuration and reporting of the Bill of IT (Cost Allocations) to support the enterprise-wide chargeback of IT usage. Our reporting model enables transparency into technology usage at Freddie Mac to all facets of the company from senior leadership to application teams to further optimize Technology utilization.
Your Impact:
You will have the opportunity to iterate and enhance standardized dashboards and reports applied across Freddie Mac to better understand Technology utilization.
As we evolve the Technology Business Management (TBM) solution, you will play a key role in the data architecture, reporting, and customer interaction models as we improve our technology integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reporting solutions leveraging enterprise tools such as Apptio, to improve data uses in a data-driven culture.
Provide thoughtful inputs on the development of business processes, reporting solutions, methodology enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications:
5-7 Years experience in Data & Business Analytics, Financial Reporting, Information Technology teams leveraging Agile software delivery frameworks.
Deep knowledge and understanding of FinOps and Technology Business Management (TBM)
Strong familiarity with IT Infrastructure and Cost Allocation methodologies
Design and Implementation of complex data into simple visualizations using PowerBI
Foster trusting relationship with customers, actively partnering to understand their problem statement that will help define business requirements
Strong knowledge and understanding of AWS, Advanced Excel, PowerBI, Oracle Hyperion SmartView
Experience using Apptio (IT Planning, Cost Transparency, and Cloudability) is a strong preference
