ManTech is currently seeking a Workforce Planning and Development Business Partner, to join our Human Capital team.  This position will be a hybrid position requiring onsite support in our Herndon, VA office at a minimum of 2 days a week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

• Lead sophisticated analyses to develop cutting-edge workforce management models and forecast future needs.

• Apply advanced workforce planning techniques and tools (e.g., scenario modeling/planning, trend analysis, predictive modeling) to provide insight and recommendations on workforce plans

• Analyze internal and external data to identify economic trends, demographic shifts, and capabilities that will impact the demand and supply of talent

• Develop staffing utilization analyses and identify any improvement opportunities as well as help monitor overtime

• Develop and communicate staffing metrics and utilization, including ad-hoc analyses and special projects

• Stay at the forefront of industry advancements in AI technologies related to workforce management, integrating these insights to continuously enhance operational efficiency.

• Mentor and coach a team of workforce management professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

• Build and foster cross functional relationships with key stakeholders and business partners

• Visualize and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for weekly and monthly meetings

• Establish and lead a long-term strategy to track the workforce planning processes, including problem-solving, work assignments and leading appropriate countermeasure implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Bachelor of Science and 10+ years of experience 

• 10 or more years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 3 years focused on mobility/resource management

• Prior experience designing and deploying mobility management processes and SOP’s

• Experience creating and managing strategic clearance pipeline initiatives

• Experience working within Government contracting with a focus on horizontal organizational structures
