Customer Experience Specialist - Saginaw, MI     Education Requirements:    High School Diploma or equivalent   Work Experience Requirements:    0-2 years related work experience. Excellent verbal and written communications skills and organizational skills.   Job Duties:

• Manage open order flow.
• Expedite and facilities special delivery requirements.
• Contract review
• Maintain customer contract database.
• Prepare and submit formal quotation directly to internal inside sales representative.
• Experience working with an ERP system (P21 or similar)
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a team environment.

Position:  Full-time

Work Hours:  8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday
