If you want to represent a product that wins on results, not relationships alone, this is the right place.</p><p></p><p><strong>The opportunity</strong></p><p>You'll own the operational health of LoopMe's Supply Side Platform — supporting publishers and account managers with technical troubleshooting, shaping supply integrations, and driving the processes that underpin supply growth and monetisation. You'll act as a trusted consultant to internal stakeholders across Commercial, Product, and Finance, and contribute to building the infrastructure and playbooks that scale the supply operations function.</p><p></p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li>Support account managers and publishers with technical troubleshooting and serve as the internal expert on LoopMe's supply-side platform</li><li>Partner with Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to improve supply-side processes, integrations, and reporting infrastructure</li><li>Represent Supply Operations in cross-functional projects, shaping company-wide initiatives around supply growth and monetisation</li><li>Oversee invoicing, reconciliation, and payment cycles, ensuring accuracy and operational excellence at scale</li><li>Build and maintain documentation, best practices, and playbooks to standardise workflows and enable the team to scale</li><li>Collaborate across the team using your expertise in programmatic ad operations to proactively prevent recurring issues</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p><p><br />Essential:</p><ul><li>1+ years of experience in adtech or ad operations, preferably on the supply side</li><li>Working knowledge of programmatic advertising and ad serving</li><li>Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools</li><li>Fluent written and spoken English</li></ul><p><br />Nice to have:</p><ul><li>Experience with supply-side platforms or SSP integrations</li><li>Background in invoicing, reconciliation, or operational finance workflows</li><li>Experience building operational documentation or internal playbooks</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li>Hybrid working</li><li>Flexible schedule </li><li>1 month work-from-anywhere </li><li>Annual performance bonus </li><li>Multikafeteria (sport/culture card) </li><li>LoopMe Gives Back </li><li>Learning & development support</li></ul>
