Senior Expert Services Consultant, Key Accounts

What You'll Do:

• Own the overall post-launch relationship with assigned customers in enterprise Book of Business
• Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams to ensure successful launch and establish relationships with key executives and other stakeholders
• Serve as primary engagement lead for assigned Expert Services client engagements, including projects:
• Change order to application settings: Administrative changes to settings (e.g. bulk revision to entity/folder structure, due date revisions, user access, etc.)
• Business Expansion: Create new clients/entities/workflows to account for business growth (e.g. new client additions for Outsourced Accounting firms, international expansion, PE/VC growth, upstream/downstream workflow expansion, etc. )
• New module rollout: Lead post-optimization implementation of additional modules like ReMind, Flux, AutoRec, Controls, etc. Configure modules and deliver customer training. 
• ERP Migrations: Implement new entities, assist in configuring new ERP and Cloud Storage integrations, and train customers on new applicable features
• M&A engagements: Reconfigure existing entities and/or add new entities for clients that require new structure and/or stub periods after major event
• Re-optimization projects: Lead engagements with post-optimization teams that haven’t reached optimal utilization (champion turnover, desired system redesign, etc.)
• Lead business review meetings with assigned customers, focusing on product adoption and goal attainment
• Establish multi-threaded relationships with customer stakeholders
• Collaborate with Account Management team on renewal and upsell/cross-sell opportunities within Book of Business
• Maintain high level of proficiency with all FloQast products
• Liaise between customer and R&D on high-priority pain points/requests
• Assist teammates with Expert Services engagements outside regular Book of Business as required
• Any other duties as assigned to help the Support team, Customer Success department, or company at large meet its goals

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of public accounting, finance, and/or related professional services FinTech experience
• Experience owning the relationship and leading project engagements with key enterprise customers
• Positive and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation
• Track record of managing and growing enterprise-level accounts by establishing executive relationships, setting customer expectations, managing customer escalations, and negotiating successful resolutions
• Ability to interact with customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
• Ownership mentality with proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and consultative skills

Nice-To-Haves:

• Relevant accounting certification (part or fully qualified), including but not limited to CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles is preferred 
• Relevant Project Management certification
• Thorough understanding of FloQast product offering;Experience consulting in any of the following areas: IPO Readiness, Mergers and Acquisitions, Compliance/Risk Controls, Financial Transformation, System Migrations
• Familiarity with team systems, including Gainsight, Smartsheets, Projector, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, Guru, Zoom, Gong, JIRA, Lattice, Skilljar, Pendo, GSuite, Showpad
• Familiarity with FloQast third-party integration points (SFTP, ERP, Cloud Storage, SSO).

The base pay range for this position is $105,000-$130,000. This position may be eligible for a bonus plan in addition to base pay. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
