Team Introduction

TikTok-Data RecCore team is responsible for TikTok recommendation algorithms and directly responsible for TikTok core User Experience. Our work includes optimizing large-scale recommendation algorithms, solving optimization problems with complex constraints, improving algorithms in multiple academic fields such as CV/NLP, designing recommendation architectures for various scenarios, and conducting complex and in-depth analysis of product data. Here, you can delve into the improvement and optimization of Machine Learning algorithms, explore cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with teams from different countries around the world, experience the collision of different cultures, and stimulate cognition. Through in-depth analysis of product and content ecology, you can influence the future development direction of the product.

Responsibilities

- Improve recommendation models at massive scales, through applying state-of-art machine learning techniques across all ranking phases including but not limited to coldstart, retrieval, ranking and etc.

- Familiar with the academic advancements of recommendation models. Conduct cutting-edge application-driven research to explore the frontier of recommendation algorithmic domain. Validate the effectiveness of recommendation models using open-source datasets.
