Anomali addresses the global shortage in cyber talent by empowering analysts to contain, eradicate, and block threats in seconds without complex SIEM queries, manual blocks, or long investigations.  Anomali delivers as a proprietary platform and disruptor to the security analytics world.  Anomali can search billions of logs in seconds, correlating tens of millions of IoCs and IoAs across years of telemetry and logs often deleted or moved to cold storage.  At every point across the cyber kill chain, Anomali supercharges the SOC to detect, contain, and eradicate threats before organizational impact.  Responsibilities:• Monitor work in process on engagements and work effectively with engagement teams to prepare and issue client invoices in a timely manner according to the client contract invoicing terms. • Stay apprised of client contracts, including addendums and extensions, and their impact on client invoicing and working capital management. • Proactively communicate issues and concerns around accounts receivable and work in process to management team and engagement teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and cash collection. • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. • Exercise judgment in responding to unique and urgent situations; including time sensitive, nonstandard, and/or complex matters. • Assisting in streamlining the account receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement. • Ensure that the sales tax invoiced to the customers is done properly. Highlight any exceptions to the team. • Assist in the quarterly / monthly cash collection forecast.• Demonstrate positive people attributes. Be a supportive team member and contribute to a cohesive team environment.• Communicate proactively with colleagues and contribute towards advancement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire order to cash value stream, including client engagement and contract review, invoicing, revenue recognition, and cash application.• Additional responsibilities as identified.  Qualifications Required Skills/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree, or higher in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field required. • 4+ years of experience with collections, invoicing, accounts receivable and revenue analysis• Strong analytic and communication skills.• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, successfully completing assigned tasks accurately and completely.• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work well independently with minor supervision.• Strong team player with commitment to ensure deadlines are met.• Prior experience with NetSuite and SalesForce is highly preferred.• This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.  The successful candidate must not now, or in the future require visa sponsorship to work in the US.• This position will be onsite at our Redwood City HQ. (Currently working a hybrid schedule (Mon, Tue, Wed onsite/ Thur/Fri remote) - subject to change.)
